As Earth has a physical body, so also do the inhabiting spirits. The next task of creation was to design bodies for the spirits so that they can resonate to this sound of creation. The heel of the foot became the connecting link with the goddess-creative force of the Universe, and sends wave upon wave of pulsing energy toward the heart. The heart in turn sends this wave of energy to meet and greet and charge the system as the circuit closes around the body. The spark of love within the heart nourishes and flashes this essence to every cell. The inner ear is developed for connecting with the sound current so the outer ears can respond to the physical environment. Eyes come next for navigation in the outer world, and the inner eye for radiance on the other dimensions. Nourishing the body is necessary, so taste is developed. Special plants are grown to care for the bodies, each plant having specific nurturing qualities. Some plants supporting specific areas of the body, others keeping it in an energetic state of balance. Consuming a variety of plants will keep the body functioning fluidly so it can perform with ease and in joy. Some plants are food for the emotions and allow access to other dimensions through feelings. Other plants keep the mind functioning clearly so it will be easy for the Spirits to remember why they are here. The nose is created so fragrances can titillate the enjoyment centers of the brain, spurring ecstasy. Feelings are evoked giving power to this experience. Together everything is sustenance for the evolving souls.

The Spirit Sparks were so excited they could hardly wait to jump into these beautiful bodies. But Goddess said, "Wait! If you inhabit these bodies now you will have to enjoy life according to our plan. We must give everyone on this planet the freedom to choose how they want to live." The Spirit Sparks called this "Project Choose Life." They knew they needed to have freedom to choose to enjoy their stay on Earth or else it would just be another job.

The Grand Council of Cosmic Beings met once again. There was one last thing to be done. They had put the life force energy within each life form that populated the Earth, but within the humans they were placing only a spark. They attached this life-force energy to the oxygen molecule and gave the bodies lungs, so they could breath in this wonderful life-giving substance and energy. Everyone was being given the opportunity to breath in as much of this life-producing energy, to be as alive as they wanted. When that life-force energy is pulled through the human body the spark that was placed in the heart, the sinoatrial node, is fanned into flame and the entire form sparkles into awareness in honor of the excitement of creation. This is how breathing was invented. The bodies were now ready to greet the souls. Earth was ready. God and the Council invited the Spirit Sparks into these wonderful bodies. The souls are planted in the bodies.
