As we mentioned before, one of the gifts that had been given to these bodies was mind. In order to freely choose, each Spirit had the privilege of learning discernment. Some curious Spirit Sparks started using this life-force energy surreptitiously, so they played with different thoughts, and feelings, jumping into them to experience them fully. Ouch! Some of these experiences were not so pleasant and in order to mitigate that feeling, they closed down their breathing - just a little - barely noticeable, but definitely made their experience of the circumstance less painful. They were just experimenting. When in distressing relationships, they tried closing off their heart area from the breath. When their creations became really scary, instead of stopping the experiment, they closed off their diaphragm from breathing and continued their experience.

There were so many people creating so many painful things and so many ugly thought-forms hanging around, that people were starting to get confused and didn't know where to put their attention. They forgot that they were here to be happy. Their breathing got shallower and shallower as they wallowed in their confusion. Bodies started to wither. Disease was showing up everywhere and people started to believe that this confusion and discomfort was reality. They were running around crazily trying to fix it.

Those in this Theatre of Liberty who asked for help were immediately given simple tools. The Deva of Breath arrived to show the way to breath effectively and recharge the bodies.
